The Health Care Aide (HCA) Programme is premeditated for interested individuals who aspire to work in health and social care settings and contribute to the delivery of safe, compassionate, and quality patient care
The course focuses on supporting daily patient needs while maintaining dignity, comfort and safety in healthcare setting and community settings (patient home).
Training includes assistance with activities of daily living, infection prevention and control, patient mobility, nutrition support, communication skills, elderly care, psychological support and ethical conduct. The emphasis is placed on patient-centered care, teamwork and adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.
This program is projected for:
1.Secondary school graduates seeking entry-level6 professional training in the health care support.
2.Individuals interested in careers as health care aids who graduated in accredited universities
3.Youth and adults seeking employable health care skills for both national and international labor markets.
Upon successful completion, you will receive a HCA certification.
